Cassette Vault is where indie electro, synthwave and glam rock collide after dark, inspired by the sound, style and excess of the 1980s, reimagined for somewhere between the past and the future.

Built around cinematic synthesisers, electronic rhythms, soaring guitars and anthemic vocals, the music draws from the era when songs were bigger, nights were longer and everything sounded better with the volume turned up.

But Cassette Vault isn't about recreating the past.

It's about remembering a version of it that never quite existed.

A world of midnight highways and neon skylines. Chrome and magnetic tape. Flickering television screens, crowded dancefloors and songs playing from car stereos long after everyone else has gone home.

Every Cassette Vault release belongs somewhere within that world.

Some tracks lean into the pulse of synthwave and retro electro. Others bring guitars to the front and embrace the theatrical energy of glam rock. Across them all runs the same philosophy: big melodies, memorable choruses and music with a heartbeat.

Cassette Vault is an independent music project, with original releases currently making their home on YouTube and all major streaming services.
